Printer Sharing Disables itself?

I've got one machine on my network that disables printer sharing every time it boots. I have to manually go into the properties of the printer, and click on the bottom link like in the image. I then tell it to just enable printer sharing. It works, then when the machine reboots, I need to do it all over again. All the services that run on the machine are set to start automatically and printer sharing is bound to the network device. This problem just showed up one day. I've tried to delete the printer and re-create it but it just does the same thing. I don't get it. Anyone have any ideas?
