Hello everybody. Here is my problem:

When i install .net framework 1.1 (+update) on my computer, it take about 15-20 to close windows. Before i install this, windows close in 2-3 seconds. What's wrong? Can somebody help me ?

Describe exactly what happens when you try to shutdown windows. Do you close all programs prior to shutting down windows or what is left on when you shutdown?

You can also install UPHclean, an additional MS service that forces apps to release handles on user profile during shutdown, to speed this up.
