Frontpage as the deafult html editor

After testing the above reg file in an unattended installation i found out that it wont work. So i made a new one which works (actually tested in an unattended installation) . It will still popup the window at the first run, asking if frontpage should be the deafult html editor, but i decided that that's a good thing, giving someone the option.
