Add/remove programs

Hello,

I have the following scenario on my Windows 2000 server. I installed a certain software product on my machine. The installation went on fine. Subsequently, after the installation, I was not able to see the product listed in the Add/remove programs list.

Installing the product on any other machine (2000, xp, nt. 2003), shows the product to be installed properly.

Incidentally, the software is loaded properly, and its services are also started properly.

I would want to know the exact problem here. Since, I need to uninstall and reload the software, I need VERY URGENT HELP in this regard.

well...usually this can be solved in at least 2 ways

1.) have you tried going to start->programs-><that app>->uninstall ???

2.) If this still fails, i propose you use this reg cleaner.

Reg Cleaner

This ain't any regcleaner, you can uninstall apps within this program.
