binlsvc does not create PNF files

Hi,

I've updated some NIC drivers on my RIS image/s and then

net stop binlsvc
net start binlsvc

but the PFN files do not appear. I've deleted old PNF files and again stopped and started the service but they do not reappear.

Has anybody seen this before? Maybe I'm more stupid than I already think I am!

P.S. Im not sure if this should be posted here or in the RIS install section?

Forgot to say that I have also tried to deploy the image after

net stop binlsvc

net start binlsvc

but the files still do not appear.
