Is there a way to replace "Settings" with the Control Panel directly under the Start Menu?

And if possible doing this without gpedit (nLite = no items)?

You can put the control panel in the task bar by going to settings and right clicking on control panel and open, then drag control panel to the taskbar. Does this help? :unsure:
