Need help, new drivers created are not copy.

Here is the problem I'm having. After updating my txtsetup.sif to include Intel SATA driver and running makecab c:\winxp\i386\oem\$1\IntelSATA\iastor.sys c:\winxp\i368\iastor.sy_. I've confirm that iastor.sy_ does exisit but during the text setup it state that it cannot find iastor.sys. I'd then boot into DOS and notice that iastor.sy_ was not copy over to c:\$WIN_NT$.~BT\. If I manually copy iastor.sy_ to this directory then my unattend runs without any issue. Don't know why it's not copying over. Please help.

Nevermind fix it, had to edit DOSNET.INF and added the driver to [FloppyFiles.1].
