Installing ATI TV Wonder drivers

I did some searching but couldn't find much information on installing ATI tv tuner drivers and such.

Specifically I have the ATI TV Wonder card and there are the card drivers plus the dao/mdac drivers? that need installing.

With the card I drivers I figure I shouldn't have a problem. The card will get detected and I'll have the drivers on the CD for the unattended install to pick it up.

Now what about that dao/mdac stuff that ATI requires to have installed first?

How do I go about getting those in? And does it matter if they get installed before or after the card drivers?
