netfxsp1 and Windows XP hfslipped

I have successfully used Fred Vorck's hfslip files but I

had a problem with the netfxsp1 file. During the setup, a window prompts

me to extract the 7-zip file and when I click on extract, it displays

some runtime error. The rest of the installation proceeds smoothly,

however, and when finished, I had to install netfxsp1 manually. Any

solution to the above?
