VPN access and Microsoft Outlook Webaccess

Hello,

I am a consultant and oftentimes I have to logged onto various MS Outlook Webaccess accounts because of different clients. Sometimes, I'd logged onto a client's VPN client account while connecting from my internet cable access at home and log onto another client's MS Outlook Webaccess. Is this a no no especially when I didn't want my clients to know other clients I am currently working with? Of course, this rarely happens but when it does I freak out.
