Outlook 2003 Forwarding E-mails

For some reason I can not figure out how to forward emails in Outlook 2003 without having them attach themselves to one message.

I have a few email accounts that I have downloaded all the messages to my computer so I can go through them, get ride of spam and then send them to a storage email account online for archiving.

Is there a way to forward these messages all at once without having them as attachments, but separate emails?
