Nero Context Menu?

I knew those solutions but

1)Can i read a cd made with nero incd with another computer which doesn't have it installed?

2)i need this also to burn files not only to a rewritable media but to every media

2)I'd like to have a context menu for every file not only for iso

it was just to have a direct way to burn,thanks anyway!
