USB Boot = assign different drive letter

I know I am not at the right place, as this forun is for Windows XP, but i could not find a hardware forum.

When I boot with my USB key (DOS boot), the BIOS assign the C: drive to my USB key.

How can I assign another drive...like a: or g: ??
