1.how to put default picture using regtweaks? i put this code and it wont work.

2. when using regtweaks file is it ok to put the code in notepad and then save the file like regtweaks.reg????

Yes and no...you can use notepad, but you must have this at the top of the file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General]
"BackupWallpaper"="c:\\windows\\web\\wallpaper\\xppaper.bmp"
"Wallpaper"="c:\\windows\\web\\wallpaper\\xppaper.bmp"

The first line is required, and has to be followed by a blank line...after the blank line you can insert your code and then save as "tweak.reg" and you should be good to go!
