Disable Installation Wizard

How can I turn of the driver installation wizard so that when i plug in a new usb device windows searches for the drivers and installs them automatically.

I dont want to have to keep going through the wizard just to tell windows to search for and install the drivers.

Theres got to be a way to get it to install the drivers with prompting the user all the time but I just cant find out how

Please help
