AMD Cool 'n' quiet on unattended Windows

I built an Unattended Windows XP CD and included the AMD Cool 'n' Quiet driver (works). However I wasn't able to activate it automatically. It's still necessary to enter control panel and set the correct power profile. I used RegMon to extract the registry entries being changed and included the resulting .reg file to the RunOnceEx queue - no success.

Any ideas?
