doing a nlite install, just downloaded

I used RVM's cabs and add ons, added some drivers + tweaks

now on the first gui install I get this error

Setup failed to install the product catalogs. This is a fatal error

any assistance would be apprecaited!

I have done no profile changes, etc. of any kind

please help
