Maximize multiple IE windows

At work I'm using W2000 Pro & there it's possible to resize i.e 3 IE-windows at the same time.

Hold down CTRL & leftclick at the IE-windows "icons" down at the systemtray.

All 3 "icons" will be marked as they are in use & then I rigthclick one these icons,

still pressing CTRL & I get a submenu containing “Close, Move et.c

In W2000 I also have Maximize.

At home I have XP Home & Maximize is not there in the submmenu.

Any ideas to put in Maximize in the submenu?

(I got one answer to this: try to set XP to "the old style". That is what I already done, but I have not tried to put it back yet... I get this answer today I will try this weekend...)
