AutoRecover

Using Office 2003. I have set the AutoRecover folder to C:\recover.

However, the temp file is created in whatecer folder the original file is in.

If the file is on the Desktop, that's where the recover file is created, the

same goes if the original ios on a network drive.

This is happening on PCs where I created the desktop configuration as well

as unmodified PCs straight from Gateway where I just installed Office and

left the default AutoRecover alone.

Why won't Office use the folder I have selected? :angrym:

Anyone having a solution for this problem ?

Been experiencing the same on Office 97 and Office 2003...
