Some of my commands work fine but others do not

I tried to note the tweaks that I knew were working and the ones that I knew were not visibly working after n reboots.

visual.exe is an exe that can be found on the forum. It uses an ini that has been placed in the same folder. These files and the above files are all residing side by side with cmdlines.txt Thanks in advance

With your sound scheme entries. You should be able to use "@=-" instead of "@=""". This will set the default value to nil.
