Unattended Office Patches Install

I am new to all slipstreaming of windows and office products. I've been reading a little about slipstreaming here and some stuff worked good. However, if I got it right it is hard to slipstream office products.

Is there a way I could download all office updates put them in one folder and then run a script or some program that would install all the updates without me interferring with the setup?? I mean after office already is installed.
