Problem with windows 2003 Sp1

I modified setupdlr.bin with 83I6 (the other don't work for me) and in the installation it says "Has been find a serious error that it prevents to continue to the instalation program the install program cannot install the catalogs of the product, this is a serious error. The archives of registry of the installation must contain more information"
