When user who download this powerpoint into their computer, only that user can view it from that computer. If that user give the .ppt file to his/her friends, his/her friends cannot open this file in their computer. I am thinking maybe I can have third party program to activate that .ppt file in particular computer. So people cannot copy this powerpoint file to each other. 'Cause in Powerpoint 2003, there's a restrict permissions option, but it only works I think if you're connected to an exchange server. So if this is at a workplace, it will probably work. LeeAndrew Posted April 25, 2007 Share Posted April 25, 2007 protect you presentation is a easy thing !Distribute a show within a show (the most easy way)A Powerpoint newsgroup user (you know who you are, Glenna) suggests this devilishly devious trick:Create and save your presentation as a PPS file.Open a new presentation, click on Insert, Object, Create From File and select the PPS file you just created.
