Trying to add OEM info, but not working

I made a folder like this:

XPCD/$OEM$/$$/System32

and copied oeminfo.ini and oemlogo.bmp into the system32 folder.

after I finished up the installaion, the above two files were not automatically copied to c:\windows\system32 folder.

is there anything else I need to do?

do you have anything else in your OEM folders? Is it getting copied?

in your winnt.sif, do you have OEMPreInstall = YES ?
