remington1998 Posted August 15, 2005 Posted August 15, 2005 We utilize Symantec Ghost 8.2 to build our Windows XP images. Since Ghost does not allow us to modify and image that is NTFS, we create the images in FAT32 and prior to running sysprep, we run "convert.exe c: /fs:ntfs". This has worked great on all models until now. For some reason on our newest deksotp (Dell Precision 380) it performs the conversion, but does not reboot. It just states "Conversion Complete". Anybody have any ideas? Any other tips regarding Ghost/Sysprep and Windows XP SP2 would be appreciated.
