Link to My Computer - Classical start menu

Thx for a great forum and its helpful members!

I'm wondering how I could make a shortcut of "My Computer", in the "all user > start menu" folder, with a cmd line? The thing I want to accomplish, is a cascaded menu of "My Computer" in my classical start menu. I know how to do this with drag and drop style, but I would like to automate it in my unattended setup.
