Problems with file system type

hi

i have a lot of computer was connitting with network .

the problems is the computers have a lot off errors

-keeping reboot

-plu screen

-messing files

if you check this you will find that the partitions have been changr from

NTFS file system RAW

also the comupter have a lot off data so how can we retuern the file system to NTFS to get the windwos worke and to get the user data

please if ther is a save solution i need your help.........
