1st, It would help if you bought ERDCommander2005 as it includes options to add SCSI/raid drivers during the build process.

Having said that I suppose one could open the txtsetup.oem that is included in the sata/ raid package you want to add and cut & paste the respective entries into ERD Commander's txtsetup.sif.

Finally copy the driver files into the correct folders. (EX:*.sys --> Drivers folder. *.dll most likely --> system32 folder)

If you are still confused do a search for adding drivers manually to Recovery Console. It is basically the same procedure.

thanks for your help

I could not find any specific Driver for my HDD from manufacturer but I have for XP, 2003, xp x64, do any of these work for ERD 2005.

2.the txtsetup.sif file is very long file in which part of this file I have to add the entry of txtsetup.oem. ( I have attached the txtsetup.sif for you to show me).

3. Should I add all the contans of my Driver package to (system32 folder) of ERD Commander.

thanks alot

Drivers Folder:

SIWinAcc.sys

si3112.sys

System32 Folder:

SilSupp.cpl

txtsetup.sif will require you to paste all entries stated in txtsetup.oem under the appropriate category.

add to txtsetup.sif

It's just as LiquidSage described above. However, he did make one mistake I should point out.

si3112 = si3112.sys,4

SiWinAcc = SiWinAcc.sys,4

That should go under the section [sCSI.LOAD].
