Whenever I create a new document it comes out like this

How do I make it so whenever I create a new document the default comes out like this

Try modifying the blank document template to show a view at 75%, then save that new document as the blank document template. You might be able to do it in the page set up dialog box by making changing to the margins, etc. and saving the whole thing as the dafault.
