Looking for replacements of some Acronis apps

Neither of these apps recognize my SATA drives when booting off a cd. I spent enough time trying to get the images into a boot dvd only to find out it doesn't recognize the drive anyway. Oh well. What are some of your recommendations?


ask for a refund or exchange for DiskDirector9. Those programs are consolidated into DD9 and I have not had any problems with raid/ide add in cards so far. (and I actually do work with quite a few).

what kind of card are you using?

Card? The sata drives are connected to the board directly but not in RAID mode. I do have DiskDirector 9. Drives are recognized in Windows but not when booting off the boot disk.
