Help installing External Connector for server 2k3

I hate MS licensing. It's a nightmare.

We purchased the External Connector license (for use with our web server). But, for the life of me, I can't find anything on how to install the bloody thing. The closest I've found is this article (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;887432) , but that is for TERMINAL Services. Now, in fact, that may be the correct way to do it, regardless of how the External connector is used (terminal server, web server, ftp...), but I'd like to be sure.

Anyone know anything about this?
