Mjello,

this is my problem... haven't been able to find anything resembling this using search...

I've made an unattended XP SP2 ISO, which works great in VMware. No problems, everything runs smoothly...

Except when I burn the ISO to disc. The bloody thing won't boot on my system (and only on MY system). I tried it out in a friends machine (a CD drive), and the thing ran without a glitch... It even runs in VMware when using the physical drive... I've burnt the ISO to both DVD-RW, DVD & CD...

But when I try to run it at boot, it does the "Setup is inspecting hardware..." thing, after which it goes to the blue setup screen & freezes.

Does anybody have a clue about what's going on? :}

Is it a plain XP-SP2 disc? Have you tried integrating any drivers? Any extra apps in the disc as well?

I've tried the standard "clean" SP2 CD that always works, and the unattended CD I've made (drivers, apps, themes etc.)...

Neither work. On my system... =/

Starting to think it's a DVD writer problem?
