Start menu and Windows explorer setting

In an unattended installation how do i change the settings for folder options in windows explorer and expanding control panel in the start menu? Adding admin tools to the start menu? etc...

Setup your start menu settings, how you want it, then run this.

reg export "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced" %systemdrive%\DesktopSettings.reg

the reg file created, will contain the start menu settings.
