Office 2003 moves users to "Debugger Users" Group

After upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003 on Windows 2000 clients, I noticed that all my users, (which were all originally in the Administrators Group on the PC) were now in a group called "Debugger Users" group on the PC when using the MSI/MST install.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Has anyone looked at the group on the local pc, that the user was in, after the Office 2003 MSI install?

Does anyone know why this had happened and how to fix this?
