W2K3 - Changing Admin/Login Password?

Hi all.

I'm on a Windows 2003 (standard) Server. When I installed it, I did not use a complex/strong password.

I would like to change the Administrator password. Can you do it on the fly? I also considered unchecking "Password never expires" under the General Admin Properties within Local Users and Groups - thinking I could change it whenever it expires (in 14 days?).
