Installing Visual Studios 2003

What am trying to do is install visual studios off my unatteded dvd and it looked like every thing was working but then an error pops up saying it cant read the file D:\wpi\install\vs2003\pre\program files\common files\microsft shared\vs7debug\msdb2.dll but the thing is i know its there so i just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem or if they know whats going on b/c am lost
