Cannot use Remotedesktop

Salut

after modifiyng my windows xp professional with nLite I tried to use the remote desktop. But unfortunately I couldnt find the option in the system settings. So I tried to reinstall it from the unmodified WinXP CD (SUPPORT/TOOLS/MSRDPCLI.EXE).

But the installation stopped with the following error:

"The Remotedesktopconnection cannot be installed, because it allready exists on this OS. Go to STARTMENU, ALL PROGRAMS, ADDITIONAL (ZUBEHÖR), Communication, Remotedesktopconnection"

The problem is: there is not such a link...
