Hardware installation error: Data is invalid

Hi All,

I get an error when I try to login as a non administrator user on a win2000 SP4 machine and a hardware installations wizard comes up and asks me for installation of a hardware device. He gives the following error message every time:

data is invalid.

Does anyone know how to fix this.
