Run Program after unlock System

Hi,

does anyone know a way of running a program when the workstation is unlocked?

I need this for one of our production servers where the application vendor has full access to the system for fixing things (using a remote desktop (netop) connection). I now want to force the vendor to enter some information in program supplied by us before working on the machine.
