Circle Surround plugin 4 mediaplayer

Hello all,

I want to register the Circle Surround plugin CSII for Microsoft mediaplayer i can install it with the switch /QB but how can i register it silently.I have searched the forum also the internet for it but couldnt find.

Any help would be appreciated.
