hakeem5454 Posted July 2, 2005 Posted July 2, 2005 is there a tweak or program or something that makes green bars appear when u press the volume up/down button on your keyboard? and shows mute when u press mute etc.
matthewk Posted July 2, 2005 Posted July 2, 2005 These typically come with a small software that is installed and will run in the background when/if you install the drivers for your internet/multimedia keyboard.
matthewk Posted July 2, 2005 Posted July 2, 2005 Usually keyboards and other hardware have the maker's name on it and maybe even a model number. I usually take the maker name and the model number and go to google.com. Then, I search for drivers for the device. If it is hp, logitech, or a popular one, then going to the company's website might be easiest method to obtain the drivers.
hakeem5454 Posted July 2, 2005 Author Posted July 2, 2005 i googled: vaio pcva-kb4p/ubut i cant find a driver for it?i dont think sony have drivers for their keyboards
matthewk Posted July 2, 2005 Posted July 2, 2005 See the following 2 links. You will want to put in your model number (seemingly the one for your computer). I did not find direct support for their keyboards either. Try as noted -- by providing your computer model number on the below webpages. If such does not work, spend more time searching if you not have. The 12 minutes following my post might not have been long enough to cover all bases. Good luck!http://www.vaio-link.com/downloads/registe...gister.asp?l=enhttp://esupport.sony.com/perl/select-syste...24,26,66,9,70,5
