Outlook 2003 Public folder shortcut

I have a link in Outlook 2003 for all Public Folders. Currently i have to go to each individual user and manually create a shortcut to one of the public folders sub folder or Task/ Contact list who have access to the public folders content - Is there a way to do this using a script of some sort or a registry trick? I noticed a Favourites folder too is there a way to get a shortcut there for all users?
