port forwarding in 2003

hi all, hope you can help me out.

right now for my internship I have to switch 2 servers (a Linux one and a Windows one) around. Easy to do I thought, but something is going wrong in the port forwarding. Ports have to be forwarded for the mailserver, etc.

anyways, last night I installed a win2k3 machine and a 2000pro machine at home. Right now the internet connection is recieved by the 2000pro machine and shared via "microsoft internet sharing". It is an ADSL connection.

I set up an ftp server on the 200pro. I can reach it at work. Then I set up another ftp server on the win2k3 machine (static internal IP 192.168.0.3). When I portforward pic it I can't reach the FTP the 2000pro anymore (since it's forwarded) but neither does it connect to the FTP server on the win2k3 machine.

Anyone can help me out?
