Unattend Wont Work from CD

I went through the Unattend Cd guide and made my WINNT.SIF file and it works fine from a floppy drive but ever time I try and install it my I386 directory and do an unattend from the CD it's a no go. Wont work, I tried putting the WINNT.bat file in there with different settings but that does'nt seem to help. Some guides say you need the WINNT.bat and some say it's not needed. Either way the only way I have been able to go unattended is with the floppy disk. I have Win XP pro corporate with sp2 on it.

What I am I doing wrong here?????

dude,

it is not winnt.bat

it is suppose to be winnt.sif

Got it working ok.. Found out the copy of xp had some other stuff in it making it hang up, got rid of it

and used a different copy of XP

and it works fine now.........no problems
