.chm - cannot display the page...

When I open an book (.chm file) show:

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

...

It`s strange that sometimes works, but sometimes doesn`t how I explain you above.

Please, tell me how can I fix this "problem"(for me).
