When i would start start my Task-Manager with STRG+ALT+ENTF i always get the message "The Task-Manager was deactivetet by the admininstrator"! I hope this translation is right 'cause my System is in German.

What could i do?

And by the way... i am the admin of this computer!

look at the security tab in C:\WINDOWS\system32\taskmgr.exe

see if you have permissions.

administrators= full control,modify,read & execute,read,write

power users=read & execute,read

system=full control,modify,read & execute,read,write

users=read & execute,read

Edit the registry.

Navigate to the following sub key:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

In the right-hand pane, locate "DisableTaskMgr" and modify the value to 0.

And Navigate to this following sub key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

In the right-hand pane, locate "DisableTaskMgr", if present, and modify the value to 0.
