Can't share CD-ROM Drives over a LAN?

I shared one of my CD-ROM Drives, permissions is set as "Everbody" with full control read/write. On another PC, when I browse the "My Network Places" to my shared CD-ROM Drive I get an error, Access Denied or something, (its been a week since I last been at my LAN)

Sharing hard drives work no problem, but not CD-ROM drives. hmmpf! Guest account is enabled btw.
