Mozilla Thunderbird Certificate Authorities

I have been having some trouble creating a silent install package of Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0.2 with a certificate authority already integrated. Here's a screenshot of what I mean:

As you can see, it has already been imported on my computer. However, what I want to do is to include this in a silent install and have the certificate installed during the installation process. Since I'm not aware of any registry keys to add certificates, what I did was create a custom MSI installer.

I did a before snap-shot, proceeded to install Mozilla Thunderbird and then after Thunderbird was installed I imported the CA certificate and then finished my after snapshot using WinInstall LE.

The custom MSI package appeared to have worked, but the CA certifcate does not appear from a fresh install of Mozilla Thunderbird. The reason it worked before was that I had already installed Thunderbird, added the CA and then I tried to test it by uninstalling Thunderbird and then using my MSI package. It appeared to have worked because the registry was still dirty.

Point is that a clean install will never see the CA that I tried to integrate. If any has any registry keys or another way of doing it I would really appreciate it. I tried to attach the CA certificate for those to play around with but the forum does not allow files with .cer extensions.
