Title in the Web Dialog

I am creating a web dialog in my application. From the main page i create a web dialog for let us say add screen with the Title in the Dialog as "Add". Once i submit the page, the title is missing. I am just getting "--Web Dialog". I checked the output atream from the server for title, and it contains <title>Add</title>. Is this a Bug in IE? Can someone help me here? Thanks in advance.
