XP/2K3 install with shared directory/files

Is there a possibilty to share identical setupfiles between XP and 2K3 when creating that multiple-OS DVD or CD?

I know they cannot use the same I386 coz of some different version, sizes and so on..(obviously) ..but there is many enuff to consider this.

Also is it possible to utilize $OEM$ folders and unattended install when creating that multiple-OS DVD or CD?
